The suitcase‑style laser cleaning machine (Model DPL-300) is a lightweight pulsed laser cleaning equipment. Adopting an integrated suitcase‑type cabinet design, it is easy to carry and transport, with air‑cooled heat dissipation and no water‑cooling unit required. The complete system consists of the main cleaning unit, 300Pro handheld cleaning head, 5‑meter transmission optical fiber and touch‑screen operating system. Equipped with a built‑in carrying handle, the whole machine weighs only 13.7 kg.
Free from the bulkiness of traditional large cabinets, the unit adapts to on‑site mobile operation in workshops and outdoor working scenarios. It can perform metal surface treatment including rust removal, paint stripping, degreasing, oxide‑layer elimination and welding‑slag cleaning. As a non‑contact laser processing solution, it causes no damage to base materials and requires no chemical agents for eco‑friendly operation. Built‑in process database and multi‑language switching support meet both domestic production and export requirements.

Class‑4 laser device requires certified laser safety goggles during operation. Integrated fault alarm monitors axis status, temperature and laser operation in real time.
