- Reflective Copper‑Mirror Optical Path: Adopts 45° water‑cooled copper mirror structure. The copper mirror is directly water‑cooled to withstand ultra‑high laser power. Custom copper integrating mirrors are available for beam shaping.
- Multi‑Spot Output: It can deliver circular and square spots for cladding, as well as rectangular spots for laser hardening and wide‑beam cladding, realizing multi‑process capability with one single head.
- Wide Compatibility: Supports QD / QBH / LOE fiber interfaces, compatible with fiber lasers and diode lasers.
- Versatile Nozzle Compatibility: Works with 3/4‑way powder‑feeding nozzles, annular powder‑feeding nozzles and wide‑beam lateral cladding nozzles. The annular powder‑feeding nozzle comes with direct water‑cooled interface, achieving >92 % powder utilization rate and extended nozzle service life.
- Gas‑Path Protection: Equipped with air‑knife module to block spatter and dust and protect internal reflective optical lenses.
- Broad Process Coverage: Supports conventional cladding, high‑speed cladding, wide‑beam cladding and laser hardening, well‑suited for surface modification of high‑power components.
