The BFSC 800M/1200M/1500M series air-cooled single-mode continuous fiber lasers are high-efficiency, high-reliability and high-performance laser light sources independently developed by Shenzhen Baochenxin Laser Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Maxphotonics Technology Co., Ltd. With a wavelength range of 1070nm~1090nm, these lasers are classified as Class 4 laser products.
Designed specifically for portable laser applications, the series adopts an all-air-cooled heat dissipation design without the need for external water cooling equipment. It features the core advantages of compact size, light weight and high photoelectric conversion efficiency. The design and testing of the equipment fully take safety into account, with no components requiring self-maintenance by users. It is an ideal laser light source for handheld welding, laser scientific research and other scenarios.

- Excellent core performance: Realizing single-mode continuous output with a beam quality of M²≤1.3 (20μm-QBH output) and uniform spot energy distribution. The power supports stepless adjustment from 10% to 100% with fast laser on/off response speed and a modulation frequency of up to 10kHz, meeting the requirements of refined and high-frequency processing.
- Portable and easy deployment: The overall dimension of the laser is only 424×379×160mm, with a weight of 25~27kg (±2kg). Adopting an all-air-cooled heat dissipation design equipped with 4 cooling fans, it eliminates the need for an external water cooling system. Only a clearance of more than 10cm needs to be reserved for the fan protective cover, making it suitable for mobile operation, on-site processing and other scenarios without a stable water source.
- High reliability and intelligent protection: Equipped with dual protection functions of power and temperature. When the equipment temperature rises to the protection threshold, the power will be automatically reduced to 80% output and restored to the original power when the temperature returns to normal. It supports red light positioning (three control modes) and is matched with a complete alarm mechanism (temperature, QBH, emergency stop, PD, etc.), which can give real-time prompts and link protection in case of faults.
- Flexible and diversified control: Supporting two working modes of internal control and external control. The internal control realizes power adjustment, laser start/stop and other operations through special software, while the external control achieves precise control of multiple signals through the DB25 interface. Equipped with an RS232 communication interface, the software supports log recording, firmware upgrade, alarm troubleshooting and other functions, and the communication protocol adopts the Modbus RTU mode, which is suitable for industrial control scenarios.
- Strong adaptability: The default length of the output armored cable is 10m (customizable), the fiber core diameter is 20μm (customizable), and the output mode is standard QBH with a fiber cable bending radius of ≥200mm. The power supply system is adapted to an exclusive DC power supply, supporting the separation of 24VDC/48VDC control power supply and driving power supply for corresponding power segments, with standard wiring and strong compatibility.
- Compliance with international standards: The electromagnetic compatibility, laser safety and electrical safety all comply with EU and international relevant standards (EN IEC 61000 series, EN 60825-1, EN 60204-1, etc.), meeting the application requirements of the global market.
